Sara Ramirez

Sara Ramirez (born Sara Ramirez) is a Mexican American singer-songwriter and popular actress. Her mother was her primary caregiver in the USA and she was subject to several racial stereotypes, which left her feeling like an unwanted person. It was in her ninth grade when she began to gain confidence after being highly praised at an audition. She began her career at the age of 23 in Paul Simon's The Capeman on Broadway and the film You've Got Mail. The most notable success of her career came when she played The Lady Of The Lake on Spamalot's initial Broadway production. She did not only win the Tony Award, but her performance was also well-received by reviewers. Her fame grew by appearing on Grey's Anatomy on ABC as Dr. Callie Torres.
